Below is a brief summary of what will be included:

The ability to identify, collect and interpret business-critical data is an essential component of effective HR. Without it, how can we be sure we are doing a good job – and focusing on the most important matters – let alone convince the rest of the organisation?

This next PM webinar will discuss how to:

  • Decide which topics are most important to gather data on
  • Streamline data collection by using state-of-the-art systems
  • Analyse HR data to inform and lead strategic business decision-making
